If you read my last post, you've learned that my life isn't as fabulous as it was this time last year. But you also know that I've learned that that's okay.
But with the busiest week of my life coming up (starting tomorrow, actually) the stress is creeping in all over again.
So I made a "feel good" list - a list (mostly for me) of my favourite things to remind myself that there are good things in my life even if I feel like my life has gone to shit.
